Essentialist Parents and Making Decisions

As parents we are the biggest influencer of our kids self esteem, but sometimes we lack in that area, an important skill to increase confidence is the ability to make decisions.  I discuss why it's hard to make decisions and easy steps to take in order to overcome those obsticals.
